We are originally from Sheffield in England. We arrived here on holiday in 1992 and the absolute beauty and serenity of the county drew us to look into some local properties for sale.
In 1993 we moved here permanently. We bought a house in Cootehill, in a place called Clara Lane. It was an old two story house and was a bit run down at first, but we did a lot of work on renovating it. When it was renovated to our liking we decided to run a Bed and Breakfast in the house.
We got a lot of business out of this and so, in 1997, we decided to build some cottages for self catering on some of our land nearby. These cottages were completed in 1998, we currently live in a bungalow in the woodland beside the cottages and are always available to assist with your holiday requirements. There are four places for rent, Heron View, The Warren, The Pines and The Squirrels.
Heron View is a 2 bedroomed cottage, The Squirrels is a 2 bedroomed apartment, The Warren is a 1 bedroomed apartment and The Pines is a 1 bedroomed studio.
Nowadays we have a successful business and we enjoy a good relationship with all of our customers.
